We build Aura — a WhatsApp assistant that helps Indian aesthetic and dermatology clinics stay in touch with their patients without adding to the front desk's workload.
Clinics lose patients quietly. Someone finishes a course of treatment, means to book the next one, and simply forgets. Nobody follows up, because following up with every patient by hand is a full-time job nobody has time for.
Aura handles that follow-up on the clinic's own WhatsApp number:
The clinic stays in control. Aura suggests; the owner decides what gets sent.
Independent aesthetic and dermatology clinics in India, typically two to fifteen staff across one to three locations. Clinics with enough patients that follow-up matters, and few enough people that it doesn't get done.
Patient information belongs to the clinic. We process it only to provide the service, we never share one clinic's data with another, and we never sell it. Patients can stop messages at any time by replying STOP, and can ask for their data to be deleted.
Full detail is in our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion pages.
